Are the basic features really free?
Yes. The free scope includes document handling and electronic storage for the latest 18 months, and basic accounting functions for one company. While this free scope is available, we do not charge for it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the platform's indefinite existence. The free service may change or end under the terms of use and mandatory legal requirements. Paid extras and automations are described in the panel or requested by email. If a prepaid service is not provided, the amount paid for that service is refunded within 7 calendar days under the terms.
Is this a free accounting service?
ACP is software. Your chosen accountant's work and service terms are agreed separately. The platform helps you organise documents and work together. It will also offer automated AI accounting as an optional paid feature for companies and accountants, but does not assume responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the data. We recommend working with trusted people and specialists even when using automation.
Can I work with my own accountant?
Yes. The planned process allows the company to authorise its accountant and the ACP team to review the application. An accountant's registration alone does not grant access to company data.
I do not have an electronic signature. How do I start?
Your accountant can submit an application using their qualified electronic signature and an appropriate power of attorney from the company. We check whether the authorisation covers registration and the requested access to ACP.
Why is registration approved manually?
We check who is requesting access and their authority to represent the company. If clarification is needed, we will identify what is missing. Submitting an application does not activate an account automatically.
Will I lose documents that are older than 18 months?
Free online document handling and storage cover the latest 18 months. Longer storage may be agreed as a paid extra. While the relevant functions work and the data is available, you can download supported ZIP archives of documents and reports. We do not guarantee continuous archive access, automatic delivery or access after the platform closes. Download, check and keep your own copies regularly; do not wait for a warning or the last day. Mandatory legal rights to obtain data remain applicable.
Does ACP file declarations automatically on my behalf?
A document or file prepared in the software does not mean it has been submitted to and accepted by the relevant authority. Checking, signing and filing are arranged by the company manager and/or its accountant.
